Hi, I’m Cat - and I’m really glad you found your way here.
I’m a speaker, writer, retreat host, and the founder of Flourish Sisterhood.
Everything I create begins with a simple invitation: to explore what a flourishing life with God can look like - rooted in deep connection with Him, with ourselves, and with one another.
I don’t believe faith was ever meant to be one-size-fits-all, but more of a one-of-a-kind adventure - shaped by the way you were made to see, feel, create, and grow. Especially in seasons when we’re weary, healing, or finding our way back home.
When we meet God with our whole selves - mind, body, and soul - we often find Him in the unexpected: the sweep of a paintbrush, the kneading of dough, the song of a bluebird, or the crunch of an apple. And sometimes…that’s exactly where faith starts to feel alive again.
