Imagine a Gathering Where Hearts Feel Held and Faith Comes to Life.

A Gathering Where…

Women feel safe to exhale, ask honest questions, and reconnect with God in ways that feel embodied, creative, and real.

Where they arrive weary or curious…and leave feeling seen, steadied, and gently stirred.

Where faith isn’t rushed or reduced to formulas, but experienced as creativity and relationship - spacious, hopeful, and alive.

That’s the kind of environment I love to help create.

I’m Cat - speaker, writer, retreat host, and creative experience designer

I delight in partnering with churches, ministries, and communities to host thoughtfully designed talks, hands-on workshops, and restorative retreats for women.

Whether I’m speaking to a room of hundreds or guiding a smaller, more intimate gathering, my heart is the same: to help women move from surviving to flourishing through restored connection with God, all the parts of themselves, and one another.

  • That invite reflection, hands-on creativity, and embodied engagement

You can expect
me to bring:

  • A warm, invitational tone - never preachy or pressured

  • Trauma-aware, soul-care-informed teaching that honors the whole person

  • Creative and interactive elements (when appropriate)

  • Faithful engagement with Scripture as story, invitation, and formation

  • Deep respect for the unique culture, needs, and season of your community

My goal is always to create a space that feels safe, meaningful, and alive - where women feel seen, welcomed, and gently invited into deeper connection.

Most Requested

Each gathering can be offered as a keynote, workshop, or retreat session - and is thoughtfully adapted to fit the needs, season, and culture of your community.

Letting Go to Make Room

Releasing what no longer serves us so God can grow something new.

An invitation to notice what we’re carrying - old beliefs, fears, and survival patterns - and to gently loosen our grip so we can receive what God is offering in this new season. A spacious, hope-filled exploration of trust, surrender, and making room for new growth.

Flourishing in Your Own Way

Discovering the sacred pathways that help you connect and grow.

Not everyone grows the same way - and that’s by design. This talk invites women (and those who lead them) to explore their unique pathways to connection with God, honoring the way they were created to learn, heal, and flourish, without comparison or pressure.

Taste and
See

Encountering the goodness of God through embodied faith.

Using rich, sensory metaphors from Scripture - the rest and rise of bread alongside the Bread of Life - this workshop invites women to experience faith with their whole selves. A gentle reminder that nourishment, patience, and presence are essential to growth.

Hospitals for Our Souls

Becoming places of healing, presence, and holy hospitality.

Drawing on the shared roots of hospitality and hospital, this talk explores what it means to create - and become - environments where rest, repair, and renewal are possible. Together, we consider how God meets us in spaces of care and how we can carry that healing presence into our communities.

“I can’t begin to describe the JOY in the room after just one evening with Cat!”

She took us on a journey with music, color, tears, laughter, and gave us a whole new appreciation for playdough. Of all the sessions I’ve ever attended, this was by far the most memorable.”

- Sandy (Conference Host)

If you’re dreaming of a gathering like this for your community, I’d love to help bring it to life.

Let’s talk about what your women need - and the kind of space you hope to create.
