There are seasons when we need rest more than answers. Seasons when questions rise to the surface and ask to be tended with care. And seasons when joy and creativity invite us back into delight and play.
The Flourish Retreats were created to honor those different seasons - not as steps you have to complete, but as invitations you can respond to when the time is right. Each retreat offers a thoughtfully prepared space to slow down, reconnect, and explore what flourishing might look like in this chapter of your story.

RENEW
A retreat for when you want to play, imagine, and delight in God again.
RENEW is for women who love God and are longing for something fun - not because their faith is broken, but because curiosity is stirring. Maybe you’re craving color, creativity, and a little holy play. Maybe you want to step away from the familiar and explore God as Creator, Artist, and Source of beauty.
This retreat is intentionally joyful, curious, and right-brained. Rather than focusing on healing or answers, we’ll create space to explore faith through creativity, imagination, and the senses - painting, movement, food, story, nature, and other artistic practices that invite presence and delight.
There’s no pressure to produce anything or do it “right.” Just room to experiment, follow what draws you, and rediscover the creative inheritance woven into who you are. RENEW is about remembering that joy and play are not distractions from faith - they’re often where connection and flourishing begin.

RESTORE
A retreat for when you’re feeling broken - and need a place to land.
Some seasons ask everything of us. Others leave us feeling tender, exhausted, or quietly undone. RESTORE is a retreat created for those moments - when your body is tired, your heart is heavy, and your soul needs gentleness more than answers.
This retreat is slow by design. There is no pressure to share your story, no expectation to “be okay,” and no rush toward transformation. Instead, we’ll focus on creating safety - in the space, in your body, and in your relationship with God.
Through rest, gentle teaching, creative expression, and spacious time alone and together, you’ll be invited to soften, breathe, and receive care. Healing isn’t something we force here. It’s something we make room for - trusting that God knows how to tend what has been wounded.

REBUILD
A retreat for when your faith feels uncertain - and your questions won’t stay quiet.
REBUILD is for the women who are reexamining what they believe about God - sometimes quietly, sometimes painfully, often courageously. Maybe you’re disentangling from spiritual abuse, deconstructing beliefs that no longer fit, or realizing that what once felt certain now feels fragile or confusing.
This retreat is not about fixing your faith or rushing you toward answers. It’s about creating a safe, grounded space where honest questions are welcome and curiosity is treated with respect.
Together, we’ll explore the story of God with humility and care, noticing where fear, shame, or control may have distorted our understanding - and gently making room for trust to grow again. Through story, Scripture, reflection, and shared presence, REBUILD offers a place to begin again…without pressure to arrive anywhere by the end.

What sets these retreats apart?
The Place
Each Flourish Retreat is hosted at one of two private waterfront properties in the DelMarVa region - quiet, beautiful spaces where water, sky, and sunsets set the rhythm. With unobstructed shoreline views and nature all around, the setting itself becomes part of the healing and renewal.
The Intimacy
These retreats are intentionally limited to no more than ten women. Over four unhurried days together, we’ll share face-to-face meals, practices, and presence in a smaller circle that allows for depth, care, and meaningful connection.
The Experience
Every detail is thoughtfully curated — from the environment and creative explorations to the rhythm of rest, reflection, and play. The goal isn’t to rush transformation, but to create the conditions where growth can unfold naturally and flourishing can take root.
